These terms govern your use of the website dynamicsaasflow.digital and your enrolment in courses, clinics, or mentoring offered by Dynamic SaaS Flow (the “Studio”). By using the site or submitting an enrolment enquiry you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site or enrol in Studio offerings. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Educational nature of services

Dynamic SaaS Flow provides technical analysis education: classroom courses, workshops, clinics, and mentoring focused on chart reading and related study habits. Nothing on this site or in class constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or an invitation to deal in financial products. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and for obtaining licensed advice where appropriate.

3. Enrolment and fees

Published fees are informational. A binding enrolment arises only when the Studio confirms your seat in writing and any required deposit or invoice is arranged offline. Seats are limited. Prerequisites (for example, prior Foundations study for Indicator Lab) may be checked before confirmation.

4. Intellectual property

Course materials, workbooks, annotated chart packs, recordings, and website content are owned by Dynamic SaaS Flow or its licensors. You may use materials for your personal study during and after a course you have paid for. You may not copy, redistribute, record, or resell Studio materials without prior written consent.

5. Student conduct

Classes require respectful participation. The Studio may remove a student who disrupts sessions, harasses others, or shares materials in breach of these terms, without obligation to provide a replacement seat beyond what the refund policy allows.

6. Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false information through forms. Form submissions are handled for enquiry purposes only; this site does not process payments.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, the Studio is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after attending education. Our liability for any supply of services is limited, where permitted, to resupply of the services or payment of the cost of resupply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in the Australian Capital Territory have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
