Dynamic SaaS Flow (“we”, “us”) operates dynamicsaasflow.digital and delivers technical analysis courses from our Canberra studio. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.
1. Data controller
Dynamic SaaS Flow is the organisation responsible for personal information collected through this website and during enrolment. Contact: hello@dynamicsaasflow.digital, +61-7-894-8346, 798 Aracely Bridge, Christiansenstad, Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, course preferences, preferred start windows, and the content of messages you send. If you enrol, we may also hold attendance notes, homework submissions you choose to share, and billing details arranged offline. We do not ask for passport numbers, tax file numbers, or payment card data through this website.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, confirm seats, deliver courses and mentoring, send course-related logistics, improve our teaching materials, and meet legal record-keeping duties. If you subscribe to course notes by email, we use your address for that mailing until you unsubscribe.
4. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep basic site functions working. Optional analytics cookies load only if you accept them on the cookie banner. Details are on our cookies page.
5. Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer relationship begins. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for seven years or as required by Australian tax and consumer rules. Mentoring notes are kept for the duration of the mentoring block plus two years unless you ask us to delete them earlier where we can do so lawfully.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who host email, scheduling, or accounting tools under confidentiality arrangements, or when required by law. Studio staff who need the information to deliver your course may access it.
7. International transfers
Some email or hosting providers may process data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle information consistently with this policy and applicable Australian privacy expectations.
8. Security
We use access controls and careful handling of printed and digital class materials. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive financial account credentials by email.
9. Your rights
You may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or enquire about deletion where retention is not legally required. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are unsatisfied with our response.
10. Children
Our courses are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through this site.
