Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid enrolments in Dynamic SaaS Flow technical analysis courses, workshops, clinics, and mentoring blocks. It does not cover products we do not sell — we do not ship physical retail goods or run software subscriptions through this site.

1. Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far before the start date you cancel, whether a deposit or full fee was paid, and whether sessions have already begun. Statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected where they apply.

2. Chart Reading Foundations & Indicator Lab

Full refund: Cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first session and we refund fees paid for that intake, less any non-recoverable materials already printed at your request.

Partial refund: Cancel between 13 and 7 days before the first session and we refund 50% of fees paid. Within 6 days of the first session, fees are generally non-refundable, though we may offer a transfer to a later intake if seats exist.

After start: Once the first session has begun, course fees are non-refundable except where the Studio cancels the remaining programme or Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise. Recording access already granted is not separately refundable.

3. ASX Pattern Clinics

Clinic fees are refundable in full if you cancel at least 48 hours before the evening starts. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. You may nominate another adult to take your seat if you notify us before the clinic begins.

4. Private TA Mentoring

The six-session block may be cancelled for a full refund before the first session if notice arrives at least 7 days prior. After the first session, unused sessions may be refunded at 50% of the unused portion if cancelled in writing; sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Single top-up sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full.

5. Deposits

Deposits that hold Foundations or Lab seats are applied to the course fee. If you cancel outside the full-refund window, the deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee up to the amounts described above.

6. Rescheduling

We will try to move you to a later published intake of the same course once, without fee, if you request it at least 7 days before your original start and a seat exists. Mentoring sessions can be rescheduled once per booked hour with 48 hours’ notice; later changes count as a delivered session.

7. Studio cancellations

If we cancel a course or clinic, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date. If a mentor is unavailable, we will reschedule mentoring hours at no charge.

8. No-shows & work already started

Missing a session without notice does not extend the course or create a refund. Materials already printed or recordings already unlocked for your enrolment are treated as delivered value for that portion of the fee.

9. Purchased materials

Printed workbooks and chart packs included in a course fee are not sold separately for return once issued. If a course is cancelled by us before materials are issued, those material costs are included in your refund.

10. Refund process & timing

Email hello@dynamicsaasflow.digital with your name, course, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.
